Delivery Information

We offer free next day delivery on most of the orders for addresses located in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Cheshire and the surrounding cities. Our competitively-priced shipping service covers most other UK cities and towns. Product listing will show information about the availability of the product for immediate dispatch or the lead time required.

Orders received before 4:00 pm on business days, will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours and the customer will be notified about the processing & fulfilment of their orders.

If the order is delivered within Manchester or the surrounding cities, we offer minimum fee assembly service even if the customer is not present at the premises. Simply provide us with instructions on key collection and our staff will do the job.

Returns Policy

Standard returns Items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or used. Manor Interiors reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed as not resalable.

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and a note must be included stating your order number and reason for return. We recommend you return goods either tracked or recorded as we cannot be held responsible for missing goods or items damaged in transit. If you prefer we can also arrange for returns to be collected by our courier, but please be aware we are not responsible for return postage costs, which must be met by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Our furniture is of a high quality but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your item, or you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. It is important that you inspect your item and are happy with it before assembly as we are unable to accept returns for faulty items that have been assembled.
